Meet Taylor Rehfeldt
Taylor is a South Dakota leader, mother, clinician, and public servant committed to strengthening families and improving healthcare. Raised in West River and now raising her family in East River, she understands the values and work ethic that define South Dakota.
A graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, South Dakota State University, and Mount Marty University, Taylor earned her Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice and works as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Her clinical experience has shaped her commitment to safe, accessible healthcare for South Dakotans.
Taylor served in the South Dakota House of Representatives as House Assistant Majority Leader and continues to serve in regional and national leadership roles focused on healthcare policy, child protection, and combating the opioid crisis.
She and her husband are raising their three children, Flynn, Judy, and Tallie. As a mother and healthcare provider, Taylor remains committed to protecting families and strengthening communities across South Dakota.
